"Talking Fitness" was merely the general name for my articles.
I tried to be somewhat seasonal and cover the field of encouraging safe physical
activity generally and yet most of the articles are concerned with specific topics which
are of interest to adults of all ages. Also articles on contemporary areas of dietary
interest and presently on a draw out Vitamin group, interspersed. I did not speak much
about those who were already heavily involved in aerobic exercise." |
