Most people successfully work out in the mornings. Unless you
have
many allergies which invite pollen, it is probably the best time. Too many
things get in the way of your busy life and crowd out the best intentions.
Later in the afternoon and evening, air pollution is at its height, and
breathing hard is unpleasant.
Working out several hours before eating seems to be the most
comfortable and safest, because your blood is busy digesting for a couple of hours after
you eat.
I can't quite tell how well your tummy fits the rest of you, but
three sets of crunches every other day will help, and postural corrections make a lot of
difference. (Also see the answer to questions #12 and #20) |
