Dear Sherry,
Although you speak of your breast, in the singular, I assume you mean both breasts, i.e.
your bosom.
There are no muscles actually within your breasts. If they are sagging due to age or
because you have lost a lot of weight or after breast feeding several children they will
likely not be a perky as you would like to have them.
However, there are splendid muscles on your chest wall beneath
your breasts. Those muscles can be toned and made bulkier and stronger, and thereby
improve the general appearance of your whole chest.
As far as I can determine, there are only a couple of pectoralis
exercises
that are really worth the time and effort. One is rope climbing, rarely done,
and the second is what are called "flyes". While lying on your back,
especially on a work-out bench, 2-5 lb weights are grasped and with elbows
slightly bent, taken out to the side, leaving elbows bent and then brought
together over the chest and above it. Repeat as possible. There are
"pec"
machines at clubs and for home use which also can be counted upon to deliver
bulk and strength to the anterior deltoids and both opectoralis major and
minor.
