Last time I looked the "Concept
II" rowing machine was touted as the very best but I don't know what is new. I
wish I could be of more help regarding your search for rowing equipment but we are do not
sell hardware so I am not the best person to answer those questions.
My research indicates that rowing is a
very good way to maintain strength and fitness. It is the only exercise that approaches
cross-country skiing in strength demands and calorie needs.
The only caveat is that rowing is reported
to be very hard on bad backs, and not helpful in getting them better.
Most of the supporting material tends to
be "company" literature touting particular products so I don't put much stock in
it. / GLD |
