Question. Yes, indeed a rowing machine can tone your stomach. It
is a great exerciser with some cautions. First, if you have back trouble
or knee problems it is best to stay away from rowing unless you have
expert advice personally. It is one of the machines which can work
aerobically, and strengthen uppers, lowers and trunk all during the same
session, sitting down!!
