Dear Natalie,
I have an idea that you
may be perfect in all eyes except your own. If you truly eat healthy
foods in smaller amounts than you need to run your body and exercise 3
or 4 days every week for 30 to 45 minutes with some sort of plan to work
your arms, trunk and legs to get stronger and also work your heart and
lungs to improve oxygen use, you will, in time become toned and as slim
as nature intended you to be. Don't be too critical, review and keep
doing what you are doing.
You might find my book
"Exercise a la Carte" to be of help, or you may need a more structured
program in a gym.
Thanks for your
question,
George L. Dixon, Jr.,
M.D.
