Dear Dr. Dixon,

I am a 17 year-old female and am in college.  I am happy although there is one thing that bothers me and that is my stomach because I would very much like a flat stomach.. and I realize that situps regularly will not do it.
So I am wondering what is it really that can help me here.. I was also wondering if doing weights would help and if so then exactly how much.
