If you are a calm, steady walker the walking
tapes would be fine. If you really want to go for inclines and a little
more work, the VideoHiker might entertain you more successfully. If you
are a hell-bent-for-Sunday sort of walker, that is very fast and hard,
you might even like the Stationary Bicycling tapes for your walking. In
Japan they are the ones used for running!! thanks and let me know.
