2. You may be a solid, strong boned person and may not need nearly 30 more pounds weight
loss.
3.You are, as we speak, changing lightweight fat to heavy muscle.
4.I do wonder if you are geting enough fiber with your diet of mostly slimfast.
5.Try adding some upper extremity work every 2-3 days.
6. Except for Thanksgiving, I'll bet your weight loss has begun again by the time it has
taken for me to answer your question.
