Dear Jennifer,
The best way I know about is to gently roll your foot about and over
a golf ball in a pan of warm water with a little oil in it. This
massages the many small muscles in the sloe of your foot. You must do it
ever so gently because you really can harm them. Another way is to use
warm oil and get a friend to massage them. If no friend available, you
can do it, begin at the toes and work your way to the heel. In addition
your shoes may not be right, or may too tight.
