Dear BR,
From what I know, BowFlex is an excellent
way to condition and strengthen. It is similar to but safer and less
complicated than multiple free weights. Their website says one can
tension up to 300 pounds so I don't know why it wouldn't be satisfactory
for body building. I suggest you visit their website www.bowflex.com and
review your questions specifically about body building there.
