Dear Rob,

It is clear that electrical stimulation can prevent total atrophy in a paralyzed muscle while the nerve is growing back into it. It is neither proven nor clear that the same stimulation can substantially enhance a perfectly normal muscle. 

No harm has yet been proven or reported to sex organs or any other system. Sorry, just keep up those abdominal crunches.
